Helping Those In Need

Romans 12:13

“Share with the Lord’s people who are in need. Practice hospitality.”

Helping others is not only good for them and a good thing to do, it also makes us happier and healthier too. Giving also connects us to others, creating stronger communities and helping to build a happier society for everyone. And it’s not all about money we can also give our time, ideas and energy.

Proverbs 31:8-9 (NIV)

Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves, for the rights of all who are destitute. Speak up and judge fairly; defend the rights of the poor and needy.

God’s Awareness

God uses His word, and those who share it with others, to work in your life….. In order to see God continuing to work in your life, go to church, study the Bible, and pray, and actively look for what God is saying to you, how He wants you to turn your life around, and how He promises to guide you the whole way.

Awareness of God’s presence, well-being and responses to spiritual struggle. … Many individuals who believe in God view God capable of interacting with them on a personal level. People differ in the extent to which they perceive God’s presence, whether it be during routine activities or difficult life challenges.

Praying and talking to God not only reminds us that He is there, but also opens our eyes to the circumstances around us.

If there’s a time in your life that you feel God wasn’t present, simply bring that hurt to God in prayer and ask him to reveal to you, at the best moment, how God was with you.

The First Human

Homo sapiens, the first modern humans, evolved from their early hominid predecessors between 200,000 and 300,000 years ago. They developed a capacity for language about 50,000 years ago. The first modern humans began moving outside of Africa starting about 70,000-100,000 years ago.
The skeletons of these very early people have been found by archaeologists in places like Morocco in North Africa, Ethiopia and Kenya in East Africa, and in South Africa. So, it is to say that the first person came from Africa around 200,000 years ago. On the biggest steps in early human Evolution scientists are in agreement. The first human Ancestor appeared between 5 million and 7 million years ago, probably when some ape like creatures in Africa began to walk habitually on 2 legs. They developed a capacity for language about 50,000 Years ago.

About Forgiveness

If we forgive others, we will be forgiven. The Good News: When we pray, if we forgive those who have wronged us, we will be forgiven for any of the times we may have wronged others.

It is very easy to take revenge but it is very difficult to forgive others. Forgiveness is the best form of taking revenge as it makes them suffer from a sort of humiliation. … A person decides to take revenge upon others when one is badly hurt by their friends or by their relatives.

Forgiving others and releasing the desire to get revenge makes you a better person—literally. … However, forgiving someone doesn’t make you a pushover, and it’s not about letting the other person “off the hook”. Instead, forgiveness is about overcoming your anger and quelching your desire to punish the other person.

When I Found God

I was a lost soul who didn’t Know what to believe in. I felt like I was living in darkness, surrounded by people that was no good for me, Money and creed, all materialistic things. The people who claim they love you, (Whether it’s family, friends or a lover) Only to realize they either love you for what they can benefit from you. Silly me, I never thought about it like that, until I was left behind, backstabbed, lied to, just plain out betrayed!
I felt like crap! Unworthy, Unappreciated, and most importantly….low self esteem. I said to myself , after all my time, patience and loyalty that I put out into people. What now? Cause now I feel alone, don’t trust nobody, I felt like I got smacked by a Mack truck! Picking myself up out the middle of the road piece by piece, angry mad at everyone, seeking revenge! I wanted to get at everyone who crushed this pure heart of mines. I kept asking myself….why me? Why me? I do good by others, why me. I was at my lowest point in my life, I didn’t care about anyone anymore! I felt surrounded by darkness. As I cried cried and cried, I dropped down on my knees, I cried upon God, Can you hear me God? I know you can see what’s going on with me. Is this what is meant of me God? O Father, Come to me, For I am at my weakest, I give to you all my burdens.

God Says my child, you already have within you,

1. My love.
2. My Protection.
3. Strength.
4. Wisdom.
5. Change. ( change what you know you can change and I’ll guide you all the way. Take my hand and follow me and have faith. So don’t think God doesn’t answer prayers..

The Truth About Beautiful Butterflies

In most cultures and artworks around the world, butterflies represent the human soul and its immortality. Its brilliant colors, grace, beauty, and delicate nature combined with its flickering flight, link it to the sun, light, and an ascent into the spiritual realm.

The spiritual meaning of The butterfly is one of the most symbolic animals regarding the power of personal transformation. When you see one of them fluttering around the sky, it means you will be soon undergoing some changes and/or a personal metamorphosis!

Butterflies are one of our very favorite insects. The fact that they do not sting or bite, are brightly colored, and do not become pests in people’s homes has something to do with why most people enjoy seeing them fly around and would seldom think of killing one (as one might do with other insects thought of only as “bugs”). Most people think that butterflies simply make the world a prettier place. However, like other life forms in the world, they have a place and serve a purpose. For the plant world, butterflies pollinate or carry pollen from plant to plant, helping fruits, vegetables, and flowers to produce new seeds. From the animal point of view, butterflies are near the bottom of the food chain and provide food (especially in their caterpillar stage) for birds, mammals, and other insects.

A butterfly’s wings are covered in scales, which are shed over time as part of the insect’s life cycle. For some butterflies, the scales can come off if you touch the wings, which can cause some damage but won’t kill the butterfly. … Touching monarchs’ wings does not cause them to lose scales.

God’s Words on Worries and Stress

The message of the Bible to the worriers in its pages and to believers today is utterly consistent: God is our rock and our refuge, ever available to give us the strength we need to survive the stresses of our lives

“Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus” (Philippians 4:6-7).

Matthew 6:25-27  “Therefore I tell you, do not be anxious about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink, nor about your body, what you will put on. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothing?  Look at the birds of the air: they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they? And which of you by being anxious can add a single hour to his span of life?”
